This wine begins with a sweet white nectarine flesh and apple blossom. As the wine opens, the bouquet picks up a subtle hint of minerality reminiscent of river rock. On the palate, unctuous fruit compote and honey notes are balanced by nervy acidity. This wine finishes sweetly with hints of citrus pith and jasmine.
